2 hours at UAK ( University Academy Keighley )  on 10th September 2013. Introduction lesson where ground rules were set and I went over what the next 7 weeks will consist of. Expectations and what the group wanted at the end of the scheme of work were discussed. class of 10 people ranging from 14-20 year old

2 hours at UAK ( University Academy Keighley )  on 24th September 2013. I Delivered a 2 hour football lesson around Basic Foot Skills and passing techniques leading to a game at the end where the group were leading and refereeing the game.

2 hours at UAK ( University Academy Keighley )  on 8th October 2013. Delivered a session on control and moving with the ball, awareness of gaps and spaces. leading to types of formations in football.

1 hours at UAK ( University Academy Keighley )  on 22nd October 2013. Delivered a session on shooting with the correct technique from a short and far distance and been able to shoot under pressure.

1 hour at Hockey centre on 23rd November 2013. I delivered a 1 hour cricket sessions which focused on 3 types of catching, close, high and reserve catching. I used a variety of skills and drills as well as stretching my learners knowledge by asking them when each catch would most likely happen in a game ( eg: A close catch would mainly be around the slips / wicket keepers area )

1 hours of Badminton on Wednesday 6th January 2014. The objectives of the sessions were to show how a badminton net is put up and taken down. know the 2 different types of serves in badminton ( backhand and forhand ) . be able to rally to 10 with a partner.

1 hours of classroom teaching on Thursday 7th January 2014. The aim of the lesson was to understand sports in the community, working in groups to prepare a presentation which students would deliver the following weeks on services offered on the community.

1 hour of Badminton on Wednesday 15th January 2014. The objectives of the sessions was to perform an overhead clear with control, power and accuracy. Be able to replicate OC shot in a game situation. Understand how to out wit an opponent, understand court markings in a game of singles badminton.

All day Tutor refresher course on CLSA ( community sports leadership award. 6 hours ). The course now qualifies me to teach CSLA for three years, my first course i will be delivering will be during the february half term holidays. The syllabus has changed and this will be the first time i am deliverng the course with the new format. My mentor and Tutor will be observing me.

1 hour of classroom teaching on Thursday 16th January 2014. The aim of the lesson was for groups to present a short presentation on sports and physical activities services and facilities offered in the community and how people can access them.

1 hour of Badminton on Wednesday 22nd January 2014. The objectives of the sessions was to perform an overhead clear with control, power and accuracy. Be able to replicate OC shot in a game situation. Understand how to out wit an opponent, understand court markings in a game of singles badminton.

1 hour of cricket at Dewsbury sports centre on Wednesday 22nd January 2014 , working with Girls. The objective of the lesson was to develop 3 types of catches, close . high and reverse. The students were able to use the catches when requires in a match situation.

1hours of classroom teaching on Thursday 23rd January 2014. The objective of the lesson was to understand the barriers to participation in sports ( intrinsic and extrinsic ) and how to overcome these. To be able to understand the benefits of sports and issue that may prevent a person from playing sports

1 hour of Badminton on Wednesday 29nd January 2014. The objectives of the sessions was to perform understand why the net shot is played, power and accuracy. Be able to replicate NS shot in a game situation. understand court markings in a game of doubles badminton.

1 hour of cricket at Dewsbury sports centre on Wednesday 29nd January 2014 , working with Girls. The objective of the lesson was to develop a variety of fielding techniques using one and two handed drills, underarm and overarm throwing. Be able to understand which type of fielding would be needed in various game situations.

1hours of practical teaching on Thursday 6th February 2014. this was the first session with a new group and the scheme of work was badminton again. The outcomes of the lessons were to – know the 2 legal serves of badminton and apply both in game situation. Be able to rally to 8

1 hour of Badminton on Wednesday 12th February 2014. The objectives of the sessions understand how to play a ladder competition

1 hour of cricket at Dewsbury sports centre on Wednesday 12th February 2014 , working with Girls. The objective of the lesson was to apply the fielding techniques used in last week session in a game situation and learn the rules of the 8 aside cricket game

1hours of practical teaching on Thursday 13th 2014. Badminton continuation

2 hours of classroom teaching to adult learners on first steps into coaching. Tuesday 18th February. the objectives of the lesson were to (1)understand the different roles within coaching; in particular the role of a coach’s helper (2) be aware of the knowledge, skills and qualities required to take your first steps into coaching (3) have addressed some misconceptions about coaching (4)have a clear idea of what your next step will be.

5th March 2014 – 1 hour teaching cricket – working on technical and tactical positions when fielding

12th march 2014 – 2 hours . 1 hours ( invasion and hoe to outwit an opponent ) 1 hour cricket – bowling action

19th march 2014 – 1 hour teaching of health and fitness training
